kiss me in the snow
It was 7pm and the snow was coming down in clusters.
The only thing lighting it was the street lights.
I was awestruck and knew I needed to do something about it. So with my one spontaneous bone in my body (that I am trying to nurture) I said f*ck it and put out on social media that I needed a couple to come out in the middle of the night and have some fun taking photos.
Was that a dangerous call, maybe. But was it worth it, yes. Most definitely yes.
I was so glad when my clients who have done photos with me for years, answered my post on instagram.
Jared and Karissa, you're the best by the way.
We met at 11pm at a park, had a laugh about how crazy and fun this was going to be, and did the thing!
They were so excited because this was the craziest shoot we had done together. Normally we have their cute kiddos doing family photos but tonight was mom and dads night.
The results, magic. The subjects, beautifully in love. The photographer, inspired.
